Our residence is a recently-built structure, situated just 100 mt. off the Municipal Casino, in a central as well as quiet area of Arco.
It boasts as many as twenty self-contained apartments of varying size (either one or two rooms) and different characteristics, comfortably furnishes with a modern and elegant style, all provided with a fully-equipped kitchen, shower or bath-tub, balcony, direct-dial telephone, satellite-TV, air-conditioning and adjustable central heating.
At their disposal, our guests will also find a large subterranean car-park with an equipped depot for mountain-bikes, lift and reading-room. Furthermore, our constant and warm presence ensures our guests assistance as well as serenity throughout the whole day.
